About faa99

How faa99 Began

faa99 was founded with a single, clear purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a world-class online gaming experience that is fast, fair, and built around their needs. We saw a clear gap in the market — millions of passionate players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across the country with limited access to a platform that truly understood their language, their payment preferences, and their love of cricket and casino games.

Since launching, faa99 has grown into one of Bangladesh's most recognised online gaming destinations. From our initial slots and live casino offerings to fully integrated cricket betting covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — we have continuously expanded to make faa99 the one platform every Bangladeshi player needs.

Fair Play, Every Single Day

Our mission at faa99 is straightforward: deliver a gaming environment where every player — whether in Rangpur, Khulna, Barisal, Cox's Bazar, or Mymensingh — has an equal, transparent, and enjoyable experience. We operate on a foundation of integrity. Every game outcome on our platform is governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring results are genuinely random and never manipulated.

We also believe that great gaming goes hand-in-hand with great support. That is why faa99 maintains a dedicated customer support team available around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — ready to assist in both English and Bengali. Whether you have a question about a deposit via Nagad, a concern about a withdrawal, or just need help understanding a game, our team is here for you.

What Makes Us Different

The Principles Behind faa99

• ✦ Transparency — we show clear terms on every bonus, promotion, and withdrawal policy so there are never any hidden surprises for our players.
• ✦ Fairness — every game uses certified RNG technology, and our platform undergoes regular independent audits to verify fair outcomes.
• ✦ Responsibility — faa99 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools for deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 21+ age verification to keep gaming safe for everyone.
• ✦ Community — we are proud to serve Bangladesh's gaming community and give back by supporting local cricket, seasonal promotions for Eid and Pohela Boishakh, and Bengali-language customer care.

These four values are not slogans on a wall — they shape every product decision we make at faa99, from how we design our payout process to how we handle a player complaint at 3 am Bangladesh Standard Time.

Built for Bangladeshi Players

faa99 was built specifically with the Bangladeshi player in mind. We know that most of our players access the platform on a smartphone, often on a mobile data connection. That is why we have invested heavily in a lightweight, fast-loading mobile interface that performs reliably whether you are in Dhaka's Gulshan neighbourhood or a smaller town in Rajshahi division. Our platform is accessible in English with support available in Bengali, ensuring no player ever feels left out.

Deposits and withdrawals are handled through the payment methods Bangladeshi players already trust every day. Whether you use bKash for your daily transactions, Nagad for its speed, or Rocket for convenience, faa99 integrates seamlessly with the payment ecosystem you are already part of. We also accept Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for players who prefer card-based transactions.

Play Smart, Stay Safe

faa99 takes responsible gaming seriously. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We have built-in tools to help players stay in control — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options for those who feel they need a break. We encourage all our players to set their limits before they start and to view gaming as entertainment, not a source of income.

If you or someone you know feels that gambling is becoming a problem, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] or visit our Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance on self-assessment tools and support resources available in Bangladesh.
